Resize images

Resize one image or a batch of 20, with sharp high-quality resampling.

Resize images to exact pixel dimensions or scale them by percentage — one file or a batch of up to 20 at once. Resampling uses pica's high-quality filters, so downscaled images stay sharp instead of going soft.

Everything runs locally in your browser. Batch results download individually or as a single ZIP.

JPG · PNG · WebP · up to 20 files · 50 MB each

How it works

  1. Add images. Drop, paste, or choose up to 20 JPG, PNG, or WebP files (50 MB each, 250 MB total).
  2. Choose the target size. Set exact width and height in pixels or scale by percentage; the aspect ratio can stay locked so nothing gets distorted.
  3. Resize and download. Process the whole batch and download files individually or all together as a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded when I resize them?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser using the Canvas and File APIs. Your files are never uploaded to a server, and nothing is stored after you close the page.

Can I resize multiple images at once?

Yes. You can add up to 20 images (250 MB total) and resize them in one batch, then download everything as a ZIP.

Will resizing make my images blurry?

Downscaling uses high-quality resampling (the pica library's Lanczos-class filters), which preserves detail far better than the browser's default scaling. Enlarging beyond the original size always costs some sharpness — that is true of any resizer.

Can I resize by percentage instead of pixels?

Yes. Switch to percentage mode to scale images relative to their original size — useful when a batch has mixed dimensions.

Does resizing change the file format?

No — each image keeps its original format. To change format as well, run the result through the Format converter.
