Format converter

Convert HEIC, JPG, PNG, and WebP — one file or a whole batch.

Convert images to the format a website, printer, or app actually accepts: iPhone HEIC photos to JPG, heavy PNGs to WebP, or WebP back to universally supported JPG and PNG. Quality is adjustable for lossy targets, with a live preview of the result.

Conversion — including HEIC decoding — runs locally in your browser. Up to 20 files convert in one batch and download together as a ZIP.

How it works

  1. Add images. Drop, paste, or choose up to 20 files — JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC/HEIF straight from an iPhone.
  2. Pick the target format. Choose JPG, PNG, or WebP, and set quality for lossy formats. The preview shows the converted result and file size.
  3. Convert and download. Convert the batch in one pass and download files individually or as a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded during conversion?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser using the Canvas and File APIs. Your files are never uploaded to a server, and nothing is stored after you close the page.

Can I convert iPhone HEIC photos to JPG?

Yes. HEIC and HEIF files are decoded right in the browser and convert to JPG, PNG, or WebP — no extra software needed.

Which format should I choose?

JPG for photos going anywhere older or into print; PNG when you need transparency or lossless graphics; WebP for the smallest files on the modern web.

Will converting lose quality?

PNG output is lossless. JPG and WebP are lossy, but at the default quality the difference is rarely visible — and you control the quality slider.

What happens to transparency when converting to JPG?

JPG cannot store transparency, so transparent areas are flattened onto a background. Convert to PNG or WebP to keep transparency.
